Our curriculum is tailored to focus on critical thinking skills, social development, motor skills, and of course "fun". By providing early experiences in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), we support children's academic growth, develop critical thinking and reasoning skills, and foster an interest in STEM fields. Stepping Stones Academy-Reading aims to prepare children to excel as excellent students today, and to become young leaders of tomorrow.
Our Story
Stepping Stones Academy-Reading opened in 2019. The Director/Owner is onsite and provides leadership and guidance. She strongly believes that every child needs and deserves to have a strong academic foundation to secure their future success.
At the academy, we provide a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can develop critical thinking and reasoning skills, motor skills, and social-emotional skills.
Our passionate and dedicated team of educators works tirelessly to create a learning environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.

To provide children with a high quality early-learning program that will help establish a solid academic foundation for when they enter school.
Vision
A world where the education gap no longer affects low-income and minority children is the goal we must strive for. By promoting education and innovation, we can shift the perceived circumstances of many children.
