Has over 25 combined years' experience in youth development and technology. For 12 years, she held several management positions with the Olivet Boys & Girls Club. As the 21st Century Program Director she managed the day to day operations at six after school programs at Reading School District. She developed the STEM curriculum where students were exposed to robotics, clay animation, and hands-on science experiments. She will be responsible for the overall management of the center, develop STEM curriculum and will oversee the marketing efforts.

She is currently pursuing her Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is a recent graduate with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kutztown University. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from East Stroudsburg University. Tyeca is an active member in the National Alliance of Mental Illness, where the main goal is to educate and bring awareness to mental health concerns. She has over five years' experience in youth development. Previous employment includes: Olivet Boys & Girls Club, Opportunity School and PA Treatment and Healing in East Stroudsburg, PA. She will manage the center, observe staff and children interaction, and will provide counseling when needed.
