Hours: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm

The first step is to either call the academy to schedule a Virtual Tour by completing an online form
and a staff member will contact you to confirm your
tour.

The following items will need to be completed:

  • Enrollment Application

  • Authorized Pick up Form

  • Child Health Assessment Form (mus be completed by child's physician)

  • Emergency Contact Form

  • Media Release Form

  • Receipt of Emergency Evacuation Plan

  • Parent Fee Agreement Form

  • Parent Handbook

An annual $40.00 non-refunded deposit and one week tuition is required at enrollment time. This will hold
your child's spot at the academy.
