Hours: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm

Please contact the academy to pick up an enrollment application. As a restful of COVID-19, we are
still not doing In person tours. To see the facility, please click on the "tours" link. 

The following items will need to be completed:

  • Enrollment Application

  • Authorized Pick up Form

  • Child Health Assessment Form (mus be completed by child's physician)

  • Emergency Contact Form

  • Media Release Form

  • Receipt of Emergency Evacuation Plan

  • Parent Fee Agreement Form

  • Parent Handbook

An annual $50.00 non-refunded deposit and for direct-pay parents, one week tuition is required at enrollment time. This will hold
your child's spot at the academy.
